Through FanCode Shop, it also offers fans a wide range of sports merchandise for sporting teams, brands and leagues across the world.
FanCode hosts one of the largest sports merchandise in India on its FanCode Shop. Be it cricket, football, basketball, or sports equipment, the collection is exhaustive. With such a huge subscriber base, the digital sports destination processes hundreds of orders everyday. However, even this highly acclaimed brand was facing a high volume of cash-on-delivery-led (COD-led) orders, which were adding to FanCode’s return-to-origins (RTOs).1 This was having a direct impact on the brand’s profits and blocking merchandise in logistics and reverse logistics.
