In conversation with Siddharth, when asked what made him start Tistabene, he explained that Jaipur is a land of creativity. The designs and prints are available in this part of the country marking their exclusivity. Moreover, they’re a hit in India and abroad, especially in the men’s category. Looking at the demand, Tistabene commenced its business.
At present, Tistabene offers 2200+ varieties of shirts, followed by 100+ varieties of denim, trousers, co-ordinate sets, and more. Within six years of its establishment, the brand has opened 9 offline retail outlets in PAN India, apart from making a strong online presence. It also dispatches close to 1500 orders every day.
However, just like every other online D2C brand, Tistabene too experiences challenges in offering a seamless shopping experience to its customers. For starters, a seamless checkout experience and reducing the risk of RTOs, top the list of their challenges.
