The Problem Statement

Currently, the entire eCommerce shopping experience is quite disequilibrate. Meaning, while some eCommerce brands are able to provide a seamless shopping experience to end users, many others fail to do so on numerous levels.

GoKwik’s primary objective is to demonstrate and standardise the entire eCommerce shopping experience starting from customer login to the last leg of the checkout process, i.e the purchase completion and even beyond.   • 2. Lengthy Address Forms: Many brands fail to realise that while gathering the basic details of a customer is important to process their orders, the way to do so can be greatly optimised to reduce frictions.
  • 3. Frauds And High Return-to-origins: Over time, eCommerce frauds have significantly increased. People with fraudulent intentions place cash-on-delivery (COD) orders using any phone number and deceit the seller.
