The Problem Statement

While eCommerce is thriving in the clothing industry, the industry data of conversion rate can be as low as 1.14-2%. This is because there are many drop-offs throughout the lifecycle of online shopping, as people leave the transactions incomplete midway.

60 70% of the online shopping is through CoD. A lot of customers are of the belief that the online mode of payment is a long cumbersome process.
