The Problem Statement

Dr Vaidya’s has been serving the nation and abroad for almost 10 decades now. The Ayurvedic brand has shifted gears over the years to match the needs of its consumers and expanded its serviceability to offline pharma stores, online marketplaces, and its own dedicated direct-to-consumer website.

Over the years, the brand has been able to consistently generate high sales volume from offline partnerships and online marketplaces, but its D2C site was falling short. Despite experiencing good traffic on the website, the Ayurvedic brand’s conversion rate told a very different story. Folks at Dr Vaidya’s ran a series of tests to identify areas of anonymity but were unable to find the gaps.
