Since its inception, Be Bodywise has wholeheartedly been accepted by Indian women. They’ve found a sanctuary where many have begun their wellness journeys and experienced the intended difference.
From a brand’s perspective, Be Bodywise has seen a widespread adoption of its products and its sales numbers prove so. However, in the era of direct-to-consumer, the brand saw some reluctance from customers while they shopped from its D2C website. Shoppers were placing a higher number of cash on delivery orders than prepaid ones. Meanwhile, their prepaid share of wallet from other sources including marketplaces was significantly more than the COD counterpart.
The high number of cash on delivery orders were further resulting in heightened return-to-origins (RTOs), eating away the brand’s profits.
