Amidst crafting perfect, comfort-driven shoes for men, the brand was failing to offer the same experience on its online shop. Haritima Mishra, the CEO of Attitudist saw that while people were showing great interest in the brand’s myriad offerings, it wasn’t translating to many orders. Clearly there were frictions on the brand’s online shop that were causing conversion leakages.
Meanwhile, the brand also saw that many shoppers were placing cash-on-delivery-led (COD-led) orders on the website. And, a major chunk of them were cancelling their orders on or before the delivery was attempted. This was further adding to Attitudist’s revenue loss.
