We’ve launched many revolutionary eCommerce solutions and features, grown as a team, won many prestigious awards, and also made our way into the world of everyday news.
Amidst the fast-paced growth, one thing that we’ve stuck by is our motto – to deliver superior value to our customers and outdo ourselves while we’re at it.
Here’s a kwik sneak peek into GoKwik’s second year in business.
The last year has been an extreme roller coaster ride for GoKwik. At a glance, we’ve built many new and interesting products and features to help our partner merchants offer a seamless shopping experience to their customers.
To start with, we built the best-in-class Discount Engine that helps optimise business cash burn. At present, GoKwik offers 1000+ configurations that help increase the conversion rate by a significant level.
At the same time, we introduced advanced analytics features for merchants to track every leg of activity happening on the checkout and RTO front.
We also went ahead and introduced many other interesting features which include,
Speaking about our partnerships, we became proud and exclusive partners with Truecaller to solve many checkout stage issues including streamlined & faster login and address filling.
Our partnership has benefitted more than 60% of our partner merchants and helped them reduce login and address stage drop-offs by almost 30%.
The efforts of the last year are visible from the numbers that we’ve achieved.
We’ve achieved a 520% year-on-year growth in transactions processed, served 500+ merchants across the eCommerce industry, and built a shopper network of 80 million plus people.
A bit more on numbers are as follows.
We touched USD 1 billion in terms of gross merchandise value (GMV) realisation. As of date, 1 in every 2 shoppers in India shopped on the GoKwik network. Further, we witnessed a 35-40%% uplift in conversion rate on checkout as compared to non-GoKwik checkout. We’ve also increased the average cart value by 240% in the last year.
When it comes to our RTO suite, we saved almost USD 450 million worth of RTO losses and reduced the return-to-origin (RTO) rate by 30%. Our abandoned cart recovery percentage has also gone up from 17% to 30% in the last one year.
500+ eCommerce brands are now a part of the Gokwik Clan spanning across multiple verticals including both D2C brands and the leading Indian marketplaces.
Now, let’s talk about the folks who made this happen.

Gokwik is not just a company, we’re a big fat family whose only mission is to make GoKwik a global name in the next half a decade.
Starting as a team of 5, we’re now a family of about 170 plus people – a whopping 134% stronger than last year.
To ensure that we remain strong and grow higher and kwiker, we organised many rejuvenation activities including some great offsite trips, team building activities, coffee breaks, breeze sessions, and many gaming championships.
For the women in our team, we organised many meaningful sessions to talk about their work-life balance, and the work they do and celebrate their workplace achievements.
But, one of the biggest events we did this year was GoKwik’s very first ‘Kwik-a-thon’ wherein the entire organisation got together to build many out-of-the-box ideas. The nail-biting week-long event brought forward many meaningful features which we’re now developing and bringing to life.

Within just 2 years into the industry, GoKwik, with its industry-first and seamless products and features has made much noise in the industry.

GoKwik also bagged The Economic Times HR World’s prestigious Future-Ready Organisations for 2022-23 award. Our conviction to make this organisation future-ready and a place that harnesses the skills and talent of people has helped us bag this one-of-a-kind award.
The blazing combination of deep tech and industry-best talent base helped us bag the BW Businessworld Techtors Award 2022.
We bought this trophy home with a promise to constantly better ourselves and build features and products that benefit the entire eCommerce industry.
Lastly, GoKwik was also honoured to be featured in the Top 30 list of The Happiest Workplaces Awards 2022 by BW Businessworld. This is a testimony of our relentless efforts to make GoKwik an employee-centric and employee-first organization.

With just two years into the industry, our journey has just begun.
